ADMISSION PROCESS

The admission of the candidate to the M. Pharm. course will be on the basis of GATE Score and Personal Interview. The selected candidates will have to get themselves registered in the institute on or before the notified dates otherwise admission will be deemed cancelled and candidate on the waiting list will be offered admission.

All eligible candidates are required to appear for interview. NO SEPARATE CALL LETTER WILL BE SENT TO THE CANDIDATES FOR ATTENDING INTERVIEW

Note:

1. A candidate reporting from out of Indore for attending the interview may be required to stay for 4 to 5 days considering above schedule.

2. At the time of interview the candidate must produce following original mark sheets, certificates and other documents, failing which his candidature will not be considered:

a. B. Pharm. Degree Certificate
b. Mark sheets of all the years of B.Pharm.
c. GATE Score Card
d. Caste Certificate (In case of SC/ST Students)
e. Candidates are required to submit the proof about AICTE approval of the institute from where they have acquired B. Pharm. Degree, from the Head of the concerned institution.

The candidate should report to the PG section of the institute along with following original documents, for the registration:

i. Transfer Certificate and Character Certificate from the Principal of the College last attended (may be submitted within 15 days after admission).

ii. Migration Certificate in case passed the degree exam from any University other than Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal (may be submitted within 15 days after admission).

iii. Original GATE Card

* FEE PAYABLE ONLY ONCE AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

SCHOLARSHIP

Scholarship of Rs. 5000/- p.m. is given to full time GATE qualified students as per AICTE norms and approvals.
