The Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, invites applications for its two year full-time Post-graduate Diploma in Business Management and two year full-time Post-graduate Diploma in Rural Management programmes.

Eligibility:
- You must hold a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university.
- You could be a final year student, awaiting your result.

Selection method:
You will be short listed on the basis of your performance in XAT, the admission test conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur.
For PGPRM, you will be short listed on the basis of your performance in XAT or IRMA, the admission test conducted by the Institute of Rural Management, Anand. Short listed candidates will be invited to participate in a group discussion followed by a personal interview.
